How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Westernopens Windows & Siding should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Things You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Westernopens Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we matched you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, we want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Westernopens Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or decide things for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@westernopens.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We usually confirm receipt by email within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
